This day of one year ago my cat past away. She was 16 years and 9 month old that time, the last one of my three cats, a brother and two sisters. She'd fought for more than a year and half with chronic kidney failure which was unrecoverable disorder and at the end it also caused hypoplastic anemia.
However a year after, my place is still almost same. I keep her favorite hang out places as she liked. A cat box is still sitting. Dish plates are still placed and I leave foods for her. I still leave a door not completely shut for cat passage.
Obviously I miss my Roundcat and other two. I keep their ashes on their favorite chair with nice memories we had together. I've been thinking to adopt new cats but having hard time deciding while I still feel they are around me.
