it was unusual to me to go around San Francisco like a tourist. because I've been visiting there over 15 years, some times 10 times a year. anyway with these experience I knew the place, I can take friends of mine around as a tour guide, was an idea I had when one of my colleague showed interest to visit SF after attending a conference in Las Vegas.
the course for Day 1 was: down town SF getting through China Town to Embercadero Ferry Terminal, took a ferry to Sausalito and had a coffee and sweets, took a Golden Gate Transit bus to SF, dropped off on Lincoln on Geary to get through Golden Gate Park to Height Street to check out stores, had a dinner at a Thai restaurant in Height, took MUNI busses to back to down town SF with punkish young people.
then Day 2, we went to down town end point of Cable Cars to head to Fisherman's Wharf, another friend joined for lunch at In/Out burger, had shrimps and fried callamari on the street as addition, took a MUNI buss to Pear 17 to check out underdeveloping chocolate factory, did shopping at a vitamin store, took Cable Cars again to Marina area, went to Ghrardelli Square to get hot chocolate, took MUNI buses to little Italy area, had a dinner at one of Pasta Pomodoro, went back to hotel.
errr, quite like a tourist, don't you think?
